1. Though we will endeavor to keep the site up to date with the free gifts that are available, it is possible that stock may run out in short notice with popular items. If your chosen gift is not available we will contact you by email to offer an item of similar or greater value.

2. Gifts will only be awarded when members are logged in and using the services promoted on this website. The member must visit the merchant sites through yoursecretcode.co.uk. Transactions are recorded by the merchant's systems and then reported to us. We are unable to credit gifts to your account for transactions that are unrecorded for any reason including blocked cookies, firewalls etc.

3. Once a transaction is performed, we will contact you usually within 24 hours to ask you to choose your free gift. However where a merchant fails to track your transaction(s) - for any reason, you will not receive this email. Please contact us if you haven't received contact from us within 48 hours of completing the mission and we will investigate your transaction. See the FAQ's for possible reasons for untracked transactions.

5. Some merchants will only pay us for new members of their websites. Commission may not be paid to us if you have already registered and used their services previously or if you don't meet the induvidual site's Terms and Conditions. If we are not paid any commission then we cannot credit you with free gifts. Please see the terms for each merchant for further details.

6. We will do everything in our power to get your gift to you in 3 days, however this may not be possible due to problems with supply of gifts or delivery services. in such unusual circumstances, we will endeavor to get your gift to you ASAP. For warranty purposes, some higher value rewards (this does not include category 1 - 7) may come to you in the form of gift vouchers to exchange at a common high street retailer.

7. If you are credited a gift for a transaction that is reversed or refunded, we reserve the right to request that you either undertake another offer in the same category or return of the gift to yoursecretcode.co.uk

8. We reserve the right to delay sending rewards for missions until the merchant has paid commissions. This may occur due to abuse of a merchant by other members or unusual behaviour through one account. This may also occur with merchants that offer a cooling down period after a mission is completed. This may be a purchased item or a contact you've entered. Once the return date or cancellation date has expired the merchant will inform us and your reward(s) will be despatched. If this happens, you will see the mission in listed as PENDING VALIDATION in your account area. If your mission is reversed by the merchant due to your cancellation, we receive no commission therefore you receive no reward.

9. We reserve the right to refuse membership or terminate your membership with yoursecretcode.co.uk for any actions that we deem to be malpractice purely at our descretion. This will happen without notice and will result in the loss of any benefits received.

10. When you become a yoursecretcode.co.uk member you agree to receive e-news letters. The e-newsletter will keep you informed of new offers and gifts available on YourSecretCode.co.uk

11. Membership is only available to residents of the United Kingdom who are 16 years or older. Only one account is allowed per household.

12. We will make every effort to ensure the offers and information listed on yoursecretcode.co.uk are accurate. We reserve the right to retract any information or offers advertised. The decision of yoursecretcode.co.uk on all such matters is final.

13. As well as the offers available on our sites, we also operate a referral scheme that allows members to earn rewards whilst recruiting other members. This scheme is set up for the benefit of our members. If any abuse of the scheme is suspected, through spamming or creating artificial accounts, we reserve the right to remove benefits from your account and terminate your membership with all benefits lost.

14. The quantity of recruits and transactions related to a code is not considered confidential information and may be published in league tables. No other information such as name or location will ever be published without permission.

15. We reserve the right to amend theses terms and conditions at any time and post them on the yoursecretcode website.
