How do I earn the free gifts?
There are two ways to earn gifts on your secret code. Firstly, apply for
Your Secret Code and you will receive one in seconds. (Do this through
the short form on the middle of the front page).
1.
HOW TO EARN REWARDS.
Go
to missions and rewards categories 1 - 7. The mission
instructions are listed beneath the banners. To complete a mission, click
the banner to go to the the merchant, complete the mission as stated.
We will send you an email the following day asking you to log into the
despatch area where you can choose a gift. We will then deliver it within
3 working days (normally the following day).
2.
EARN GIFTS BY COLLECTING RECRUITS.
Go
to mission categories 0 - 7. Category 0 features many merchants that don't
require a purchase. When you complete a mission you will receive BONUS
RECRUITS. Recruits can be swapped for rewards at any time. Rewards
are then dispatched in 3 days.
You can also earn recruits by getting people to join up through your unique
link and by taking up one click offers through our luck recruits section
where rolling 6's = a reward!

It is actually possible to collect recruits all the way up to a category
7 reward, no purchase necessary!

How can you give away these Rewards for Free?
We
are paid through marketing partnerships to promote the quality merchants
you find on this site. Instead of keeping this money, we have decided
to share the profits with you in the form of fantastic gifts delivered
in three days. Though our profit margins are smaller, this philosophy
means, you want to use our site and we increase our turnover - simple!

How quickly will I get my free gifts?
Normally
our systems detect your transaction within 24 hours. At this point we
will contact you by email. You will asked to choose a free gift that should
be delivered to you within 3 days, postage paid! Occasionally, due to
reasons beyond our control such as postage or supplier stock problems,
this may be delayed slightly. In such events, you will be kept fully informed
and in the case of supply problem, you will be given the option to choose
an alternative of equal or greater value. Some missions such as Insurances
have a pending or cooling off period. On these missions, you will still
be able to choose your reward. It will be despatched as soon as the merchant
confirms the pending period is over. You will be kept fully informed.
The mission will appear as pending in your account, and an email sent
upon despatch.

Absolutely! The free gift we give you is in addition to any sales or promotions
that may be running on the merchant's site.

Will I receive spam when I give my details.
No - we protect your privacy. We will never share your details with any
third party companies or individual. We will only ask you an email address
to send you your secret code, and then a delivery address for your free
gifts once a mission has been completed. We will send you a Secret Code
newsletter to keep you up to date with merchants, offers and new free
gifts. You will always be able to opt out of this email and close your

What if I return or cancel a transaction after a mission has been completed.
It is our mission to get your free gift to you within 3 days. If you for
any reason return or cancel a mission once you have received your free
gift, we reserve the right to insist you take up another offer from the
same category within a time frame stated by us once or that you return
the gift.
• How do I change the delivery address for my free gifts?
Whenever you receive an email from us asking you to choose your reward, enter a delivery address on the despatch page. This will become your new account address.
• How can I change the email address on my account.

• How do I close my account?
